Do I pay to book?
No deposit and no online payment. We confirm the price and a time with you on WhatsApp before any work starts.
How do I pay?
Once the job is finished. You get a clear invoice showing labour and any materials. We send the amount and bank details on WhatsApp.
Are materials included?
Prices shown are for labour. Materials are charged at cost, with receipts.
What if I need to change the date?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. There’s no deposit to worry about, we’ll just find you another time.
Do I need to be in?
Please make sure we can get in and the work area is reasonably clear. If we can’t get access at the agreed time, we may need to charge a call-out fee for the wasted visit.
